Although you should be prepared for a lengthy hold to schedule an appointment, the woman who I spoke to on the phone to schedule my appointment was very nice and helpful. I have Medicaid for pregnant women through community first and she worked with me to find a doctor at the location I preferred and a woman doctor upon my request. I was placed with Dr. Heather Caddell who just made me feel so comfortable during my appointment, especially since I was nervous as this is my first pregnancy. The ladies in the office were very nice and prompt. I got there early to fill out paperwork and was taken back to a room as soon as I was finished with the paperwork. The appointment was quicker than I expected but completely thorough. So far I feel extremely lucky to have found this office and that they accept my insurance. Thank you!”
