“This place is AMAZING!!!! I had brought one of my trucks in to a different dealership in Springfield it had some warranty work done, unfortunately did not catch all the issues the first time around. Have no fear Bryan is here. Probably one of the best service managers that I’ve ever dealt with with any of my fleet trucks. He reassured me that the issue would be resolved, and then it would all be covered under warranty. Not only that but he had someone from the shop drive my driver to the hotel and pick him back up from the hotel. What a nice facility, and extremely well trained representatives of this business.”

“Excellent as always. Our waitress - Pagie, was fabulously attentive and friendly. The food was tasty. The tables were spread six feet apart. If there has to be one thing to complain about, it would be that I should have ordered my favorite - maple bacon chicken breast, instead of being adventurous, but that's on me, not on The Barrel!!!”
