It is obvious that most of these people have no details to share about "why" they're leaving a bad review. I wish people would put as much effort into being good as they do being negative. We used TFH and they were the most honest, patient, and helpful company. They helped us so much through our insurance claim, and made sure we were very well taken care of. “I was in E-ville doing some other shopping in the same strip-center that this Schnucks was located. I was planning to shop at my local Schnucks when I returned home, so I thought why not try this one since I was already here. WOW! This one is way classier than mine just a few towns away. As I shopped for my baking supplies, I was drooling over the larger and better varieties of product. There were times I actually thought I was in the other local family grocer store that begins with a D. This store just had a upscale feel to it. I was there to buy baking supplies for Irish Soda Bread and ingredients for Mint Chocolate Ice Cream. However, I did get sidetracked with their amazing meat department. I couldn't resist, grabbing a couple packages of beef. Had had multiple items, so I opted to go through line with a cashier. She was efficient and friendly and so was the bag boy. I think when I am E-ville doing other shopping, I may just make a stop here, too.”

“R.P. Lumber delivered materials to our house for an upcoming roofing project by Upper Deck Roofing. The delivery guys from R.P. Lumber were AMAZING! We were told there was a chance (due to the steep angle of our roof) they may not be able to get the materials up top and be forced to unload on the ground. The guys from R.P. Lumber were able to get the big truck in the driveway. There is not much for clearance, but the lift operator was surgical with the boom. They got all the materials to the top of the roof without any issues. Thank you for a job well done!”

“I went here first in May after getting facewash in my eye and being unable to open it (corneal abrasion). The staff was very nice and prompt at getting me seen and treated! I recently took my 9 yo daughter. I was in a zoom class at the time, the staff completely understood and they talked to my daughter with so much respect (I try to allow them to have autonomy with their healthcare). It was an over all a great experience.”

“I shop at this Dollar General at least once a week, this is another place where the staff are super friendly and helpful. They always have what I'm looking for and the prices aren't as steep as some other local grocery stores. I do wish they would hire some night time stockers though, more often than not, a few of the aisles are packed with U-boats full of merchandise. Again, the employees are the bees-knees! Thank you”

“This is the cutest lil bakery/coffee house I've ever seen. We are from Troy and we're looking for nearby places that might have cream horns (not too sweet) so we stopped in to try this place out and it's very cute. The lady helping us was super sweet and helpful. We got a doughnut and a pastry for breakfast and realized they have more breakfast food such as biscuits & gravy, breakfast sandwiches, and more. The decide was pretty and relaxing with cute little lights. About 10 or 12 tables I think and I can't forget the adorable jeep cookies and delicious macrons which are my fav. Will for sure be going back.”

From the point of contact with Amber to inquire about the car , she was so helpful, caring. and understanding. We are from Michigan and wanted to be sure the vehicle was what we wanted and that it not be sold before we made the trip down. Amber met us there and the car was in showroom condition! The sale went so smoothly and everyone there was super friendly. After getting the car back home we noticed a small vibration with the transmission. We took the car to a dealer in our area to diagnoses the problem. We contacted Kevin the service manager and he was so easy to deal with and took care of the repair in Michigan!
