I was able to bring in my car the same day I made my appointment, 12/27, after calling back to let them know one tire was now flat and would just make it to their shop after I put a bit more air in it. My car was finished on 12/29, a day early! I didn’t need the car, and let them know when I turned over the key, but they were able to get it done ahead of time. “Late Saturday as I was trying to finish the first mow of the year, our year old Troy Built Pony rider mower slipped a belt so the blade wouldn't engage. I was distressed being new to the area & not knowing how to get this fixed? A friend of mine told me about this business & made a call on Sunday, no less, to see if I could get my mower in. The mower was dropped off late Sunday afternoon. By Monday end of business, it was good as new. I also got a brief in-service on the best way to care for it going forward. What a relief!! One person was angry the Pharmacist went on break but that's the law the Pharmacist on duty has to take a lunch break every day and it is clearly posted at 1:30 and doesn't change......sorry you had to wait, you must have arrived right as they went to lunch? I have found the staff very helpful and have been getting all of my immunizations there for years.”
