I have bugged her at odd hours with questions that a normal agent/person would have stopped answering their phone when she saw the name pop up!... But not Jana, She answers and I can feel her smile across the line and her, always Cheerful "Hello" resonates in my ear. “Great experience for a recall from Kia. We have all is our recalls done there so much so that, now if there's a recall they reach out to us and ask us if we are aware of the new recall and if/when we are bringing it in for fix as well as loaning is loaner vehicles if it's more than a 1 day job, that in itself is a great experience and offer of customer service. The staff is consistent and followed up to see how things are going about a week after you've had something done and also does reminder calls for service and/or repairs, if you ask for one. They truly how staff that doesn't mind to go far above and beyond when it comes to customer service at this dealership. The inside has a lounge for seating if you have a short service, so that you can relax and grab a drink”

“This is how taprooms should be. Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere (aka not pretentious), and a small amount of beers with a nice variety. While there were only 4 beers on tap, each offered something unique. The honey oat and vanilla porter were particularly good. I was also impressed with the food. Excellent sandwich (Murphy) and the greens on the salad were fresh and rivaled any other high brow establishment. They also had additional beers in cans available as well as some swag (t-shirts, hats and glassware).”

“Great place. Only problem is the older lady who works overnights. As soon as anybody walks in she starts cussing and getting frustrated. She hates dealing with people. She refuses to sell me cigarettes and lottery tickets and she makes up strange excuses to not sell them to me. I always show my ID. I'm sure almost every person who comes in over night or before 6 am will tell you the exact same thing. Everyone else is awesome though.”
