“I love it here. The owner Shannon is great. Very professional. So is Agnes, who is one of the yoga instructors. There are also other instructors who I haven't met yet. But I'm sure they're awesome as well. And they always make you feel welcome at Melt. In the past, I've always done things like weight lifting and running, but I've gotten out of shape over the years. I can't believe how much more limber and less stiff I feel after only a month or so of going to classes here. I really am blown away by how pilates and yoga can kick your butt and get you into fantastic shape. I signed up for private pilates training as well as the group classes. I also signed up for the hot yoga which is also fantastic. I thoroughly enjoy it here and plan on staying.”
