I was a bit skeptical about crossfit because of all the negative options I've heard associated with it, but these guys take the time to make sure you have proper form and aren't doing anything you aren't comfortable with. Its the first type of exercise that has kept my interest for more than a month and I look forward to going every time! You'll always walk away knowing you had an amazing workout.

(August 27, 2015, 7:06 am)After moving back to the area recently I was looking for a gym that had a friendly atmosphere and coaches that where knowledgeable and enjoyed their job. I had gone to couple of gyms in the area to talk with the owners and Stormfront was the one that seemed to be my best option and I was not wrong.
