“Crystal was great in responding to my wife’s many phone calls regarding service for no heat and then about a replacement furnace. Dave was at our home within two hours of her first call and diagnosed a multiple failure problem quickly! Dave was professional and explained each problem he discovered it and the necessary fix. He was never pushy in suggesting a new furnace but I felt it was time for the old girl to go! We had a new furnace installed and working in UNDER 24 hours from my first call! The two installers (father & son) worked quickly, quietly, cleanly, and were overly polite - WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!”

“Our house suffered hail damage in Jul-17. I didn't know any contractors, so I waited a few weeks after I filed a claim to see who was getting the work. Seemed like 4-5 companies, so I asked a few neighbors and they recommended Gold Standard. I called them up, Drew came out and gave me his estimate. It was a lot more than what my insurance company had listed. He called and worked with the insurance company and I got a new roof, gutters, some siding, garage door, fascia around house and windows and 2 new chimneys. The cost...just my deductible. He and the office staff worked directly with my insurance company. I didn't have to do more than call and give my insurance company permission to deal with him. They were swamped all summer with claims, so the work took some time, but it did get done and done well. Plus, they've come out a couple of more times to fix issues that weren't really caused by them. Way to go above and beyond what's expected. I'm pleased with the work and the communication and will use them again and recommend to my family and friends.”

The employees are amazing and helpful. the owner of this park is amazing and friendly and is always helpful. the park has a Delicious restruant . The prices are very reasonable. the bands that play on firday and saturday nights are amazing. Check this park out because its the best park out there and it makes you feel like your on vacation. :)”
