(May 16, 2018, 8:43 pm)I purchased a new hard drive for my 27" iMac and the $50 install kit. I followed the instructions and online video exactly and everything went fine. 7 hours later I return to see my screen has pulled loose and fallen on my desk and the screen is cracked. The adhesive strips they sold me failed and now I have a $450 broken screen. They have refused to help with the damage or even refund my purchase from them or even replace the adhesive strips... NOTHING. Horrible service.
UPDATE: Since writing this they did agree to replace the cost of my broken screen and send me new adhesive strips. I was happy with their follow up service and fixing the issue.
