(July 10, 2018, 2:44 pm)Never have I experienced wonderful customer service like from Herrick Auto Body. I brought my 1961 Lincoln Sedan in for a wheel alignment. Stupidly, I allowed the car to run out of gas when they were test driving the car. It had to be towed back to their shop. When I went in to pick up the car, not only did they not charge me for the tow, Skip Herrick got gas for me and helped me put it in the car........and did not even charge me for the gas! This is unheard of in today's world. I am so appreciative........and the car drives like a dream after the alignment too!

(November 2, 2017, 2:24 am)The customer service here is second to none. My mom has been taking her cars here for over 30 years. She has never had any problems with their quality of work. Recently she had made an appointment to bring her car in. When she didn't show up for the appointment they repeatedly tried to call her. They tried all day & were unable to get a hold of her. The next morning they tried to get a hold of her again & still couldn't reach her. They had someone go to her house to check on her. She didn't answer her door & her car was in the driveway. They alerted her sister & then her son. Unfortunately she was discovered passed away. If Herrick's employees had not cared about a missed appointment, by a loyal customer, god only knows how long we might have gone before we realized anything was wrong. Thank you Herrick's for caring & going above & beyond.
