  I was delighted that Caleb could come after my pipe had burst from the freeze. He replaced the damaged piping and was very knowledgeable and respectful.
  
  I understand why he could not take the time to re-pipe another area during this visit. It is just a would-like-to-have-done job, and right now people by the hundreds are waiting for plumbers to rescue them.
  But Caleb gave me an estimate for what additional work I would like to have done and suggested I schedule that in the spring. This is satisfactory to me. My disappointment is the only reason I'm rating this as a 4 star service. No problem at all with Caleb. Looking forward to seeing him in the spring.

  I can’t say enough good things about Black Diamond. My house is older and it needs attention. Today Mike fixed our hot water heating system just in time before the temps plummet tonight. It’s never worked better! Thank you Mike and thank you so much Black Diamond!

  Fast, Friendly, Clean, Professional. Called at 5pm and had someone at our house at 8am the next morning. They even offered to come out that night for an after hours fee, but it wasn't necessary for our problem. Dave was exceptional, and we'll definitely use Black Diamond for any issues in the future. Wonderful experience!
