“I was delighted that Caleb could come after my pipe had burst from the freeze. He replaced the damaged piping and was very knowledgeable and respectful. I understand why he could not take the time to re-pipe another area during this visit. It is just a would-like-to-have-done job, and right now people by the hundreds are waiting for plumbers to rescue them. But Caleb gave me an estimate for what additional work I would like to have done and suggested I schedule that in the spring. This is satisfactory to me. My disappointment is the only reason I'm rating this as a 4 star service. No problem at all with Caleb. Looking forward to seeing him in the spring.”
