We had him install a tankless water heater, a whole house water softener with fleck valve, a whole house carbon filter, switch all the outside faucets to hard and internal soft, install a faucet in the garage, another faucet on the side of the house, replace some saddle value, and raise the shower head in the wall. In the end, a fair price, great service, and a good attitude to boot. I could not ask for a better plumber. Would use him again and recommend to anybody.”

I understand why he could not take the time to re-pipe another area during this visit. It is just a would-like-to-have-done job, and right now people by the hundreds are waiting for plumbers to rescue them. But Caleb gave me an estimate for what additional work I would like to have done and suggested I schedule that in the spring. This is satisfactory to me. “We shopped around at local carpet stores when we replaced all the carpet in our home.We were able to purchase a high weight nylon carpet at a considerable savings. Home Depot send a measuring person out. We then returned to store to make final purchase based on the measurement and paid for the installers to move all the furniture as well.They use a sub contractor company for the carpet installation and did a very nice job. BEWARE!!! sub contractors gouged a large piece of furniture and we noted that on the receipt.Home Depot Crystal Lake, store personal resolved the issue over a couple months. I'm very happy we had Home Depot behind us. Because the sub contractor company they use would not return one phone call .”
