P.S.I. ran our new city water line from the road to the house. They cleaned out and repaired the septic tank laterals and baffles. Replaced an old hot water heater. They have done several jobs for us but this was the biggest. They are total professionals and hardworking. They responded quickly to our needs. I would recommend P.S.I. to anyone regardless of the size job you have. Very good people to work with. We thank them for everything and they will be the only plumbers we will call in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

PSI has outstanding customer service. They call when they say they'll call and show up on time to do the repair. In my case, there was an additional issue (not their fault) after the installation of a water heater and they made sure the issue was resolved. They even followed up with a call a week later to make sure all was still working as expected. Excellent service!

Kudos to Sean and team. Our water heater went out. Placed a call to Libby and in no time, Sean and his workers were here to replace and install a new one. Much appreciated! Highly recommend.
