My son and I joined almost a month ago, and we love going here!!! Besides it is right down the street from us, we enjoy the cross training class a lot! They have a hot tub too!!! Oh and did I say sauna :)
I love training here. I have a personal trainer and he is great. I drive a decent ways to get here and it is very well located right off of 15 so it makes my trip easy. I also like how it is not like your chain gyms because it is a very non-intimidating place.
Great weight room, everything I need. I really like the rubber hexed dumbbells and the fact they have enough stuff I am not waiting around to get on a machine. I have also taking a liking to Zumba which as a guy I never thought I would but I like taking it.
