(January 8, 2019, 11:01 pm)I needed a recliner so naturally we thought get a La-Z-Boy. Turns out there was a sale going on as its After Christmas. Selection was large- price range too. Sat in numerous chairs until I found just the right one. Our Sales Associate Inga was very helpful and explained everything including the protection plan, the delivery and the sale price . Just waiting for delivery. The Bolingbrook store carries a great selection of everything for your home.

(September 25, 2018, 5:08 pm)Walked in and was greeted by a friendly employee. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us a couple of options. He asked if we wanted to look on our own for awhile, which we did. When we were ready to order, he worked with us on fabric choices and was very patient, we took a while to decide on which fabric we wanted. He was sure to go over all the paperwork with us and asked if we add any questions, and he answered all of them. All said and done it was a pleasant experience!

(March 5, 2018, 3:36 pm)No pushy sales. The sales team helped each other. Which made me feel comfortable. Lisa listened to my likes and needs and put together a beautiful family room for me. I came in looking for a reclining couch and found so much more. She came to my house and identified great creative solutions to the problems I was having with the room. The greatest issue is a small rectangle room and tall people. The reclining couch was too big so I bought a sectional instead along with a reclining chair and 8 other pieces! I love that their pieces allow for customization. I highly recommend Lisa and La-Z-Boy. I can’t wait for my furniture to arrive and for the next step to pick out the artwork!
