She provided numbing gel which was very much appreciated, and was very thorough in the process of getting the brow placement to be “just right.” I truly appreciate the attention to detail, but most of all, it’s amazing to wake up and not have to draw/fill in my eyebrows for the first time ever in my life! I have gotten my hair cut from the owner (Chuck) he does excellent work and also Tommy he also does magnificent work, but more recently I have been sticking to Pedro and by far he does phenomenal work. Pedro does care about his profession, he goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are satisfied. I have showed him pictures of hair styles I like, as well as beard ideas and he will go over them with me to make sure it’s how I want it. Pedro does great with my wiggly two year old too. I have done the Top Notch Package and I can say it’s worth every dollar, the facial is remarkable. I will continue to go back, thank you Top Notch staff.”
