I received a call on my day of delivery and was told that my order would not be delivered because they opened up the packaging and there was damage to my items. I proceeded to try to inquire of the person on the phone to express that this was unacceptable to have me take off from work for a delivery only to be told that it would not be delivered. The person on the phone hung up and would not answer the phone when I called back. She was not professional at all. Horrible client experience. I have been waiting over a month for this order.

They are much better due to the fact they hired new people who have years of experiences in moving
