(December 27, 2018, 5:50 pm)Staff is great. Never waited more than 2 hrs after my appt but if you show up early, dont expect to get taken care off immediately. They allow early check ins and dont close at 5pm. NEED 1 STRAP OR LOAD LOCK. Bring your license to the guard shack AND the office. Downside: they make you wait inside when loading and if you're early, it could be a few hour wait so dont show up early if you're gonna complain about waiting inside too long.

(February 22, 2018, 10:02 am)Not a bad place, got here at 8am when they open and got unloaded almost right away. There are lots of enforced 7 ton weight limits around here be careful. You must come into Gouger Rd off of 143rd. Would give 5 stars but you have to wait inside while loading/unloading.
