(April 5, 2017, 8:21 pm)Me and my boyfriend went in today to get information about what he could do about his phone. The gentleman helping us out (pierce) gave him the best expierence he'd had. He says it's the first time he had walked out of a T-Mobile store NOT feeling angry or frustrated with the service. He was very helpful and very nice.
