He cleaned my gutters (had been a long time since they were cleaned) and further found a problem in one of the down spouts. He went above and beyond to clean out a section of underground piping that could have gone unseen by others. He suggested 2 ways to fix the problem, one less expensive than the other. He'll be coming back this spring for that fix and carpet cleaning, because he was costs sensitive to his customer, but also knowledgeable in finding a way to fix a problem that could have otherwise been detrimental to the foundation of the house.
