(January 24, 2019, 1:10 pm)I absolutely love this place!!! As soon as you walk in the staff is so warm and welcoming! They have saved me more than once with issues with my car. I had breaks that were about to fail, and they were able to get the caliper into the shop, and replaced it all within a few hours. Meanwhile having my 3 year old with me. They turned on cartoons, gave her games to play, snacks, and it was like she was at home. Today, my engine light was on, so I took it to the shop. Thank goodness I did. My car wouldn't start after they looked at it. They were able to replace my battery and get me on the road. If not I could've been stranded on the side of the road in this terrible cold with my children. I just have to say, I love Shorewood Lube! Thank you all for being such great people and accommodating my kids and fixing my car. I will never go to another shop!

(July 25, 2018, 6:06 pm)I have a 2012 supercharged Ford Mustang. Had been going to national chain for my oil changes and they never once checked the air filtering. Shorewood lube replaced the filter that was completely dirty and throttle body that had seized up. Customer service was awesome. Will be taking all my cars here from now on. They gained a customer for life.
(February 28, 2018, 7:30 am)I've been going to Shorewood Lube for over 20 years. They are honest, do an awesome job and give great customer service. They have always treated me right! Would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. They do everything from oil changes (at a great price) to major mechanical repairs.
