“We loved this place! Just stopped by as we passed through Joliet on our road trip. The menu has every kind of italian food you can think of. Our pastas were served with loaves of bread and salads. “My husband and I received a menu in our mail about a year ago and saw something about Sicilian Pizzas and never tried that before so we decided to be "adventurous" and order one. First time we got a half sheet for just the two of us, half pepperoni and half sausage,onions and green olives. There was a LOT leftover so now we just get the 1/4 sheet and still manage to get 3 pieces of each side left over for lunch the next day. 🙂 Needless to say, the Sicilian Pizza was a game changer for us! It's thick crusted and hot and fresh when it's delivered every time. We usually only have to wait 45 mins for a delivery.(and that's on a Fri-Sat night too!) We live out of town. Also, you can't beat the price! Better than other pizza places around in my opinion. 10/10. (P.S.* ) Don't forget to tip your drivers! They work hard and gas is not cheap!*👍”

“It's an unassuming place. I ordered the mushrooms burger and it comes with fries. Drinks separate. The food is prepared fresh, the burger was excellent, the mushrooms were plenty so were the froed onions. Very pleased with portions, taste, and quality. Staff was quick,prices are great for what you get. Definitely a sleeper in a sea of fast foods.”

“Edit Review: Our first experience was great, the second one, not so much. Went to scale, had to rescale and when we went in to retrieve the ticket, they gave us the wrong one. Had to scale again, then realized we had the wrong ticket. Then had to scale again and pay for the cashier's mistake!! Said they needed to ask the manager and we did not have time to wait, so paid and left. TO ALL DRIVERS NEEDING TO SCALE YOUR LOAD: Please make sure they give you the right ticket or you will waste your time and money rescaling several times !! Needed to scale a load for delivery. If you eat enough of those rolls, you're not going to want to eat your food. This was my third visit. Each visit has been wonderful. The staff is always attentive, and courteous. It is simple with good flavor, good ingredients, and a crust that matches both. I usually get pizza once a week with my family. And Pete’s has become our go to. We have liked other places in the area, but the things that have put Pete’s at the front has been the consistency of the make of the pizza never being over cooked, or lacking toppings. on top of that the price for size (family two topping for under $30), and the absolute positive friendliness of every staff members I have had help me so far. There are days you can go here and get a great dish and other times that same dish will taste completely different. This has happened on numerous occasions and not just to myself. There must be several different cooks doing things their own way rather than sticking to the recipe. So when we come here, we have no idea whether we’re going to get the “good version” of the dish we chose. Otherwise everything else is very very good here! We live in town so we ride our bikes here and eat outside in the summer. We also meet friends and family here regularly.”
