I needed a card replacement and I arrived a few minutes before they opened, security guard (super nice) was outside telling people about the rules and they let us go in before 9am. It took about 10 minutes for them to call my number and the clerk in the window was nice, professional and helpful. I live 10 minutes from the Aurora office but I decided to drive 40 minutes instead since I read nothing but great reviews about the staff in the Joliet location. Thank you for all the people who work there!”
