“I came to Cindy with horrible highlights, and wanted DESPERATELY to get back to my natural color. We sat down and had a consultation, we discussed the best way to get the color I wanted. She gave me her input on color choices, what would work best, and how to go about getting it. She was fabulous! She was VERY knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to accomplish the look I wanted. For someone who does not know much about hair and the long process it can take to get back to natural, Cindy was able to explain and describe the process to me, which was very helpful, and made me feel a lot more comfortable! Especially since I was nervous after my previous traumatic hair experience! The best part was that she was open to my ideas/pictures, but also threw in her own experience and knowledge which led to my now fabulous head of hair! She was very efficient, worked fast and methodically. I felt I was definitely in the hands of a professional hair color specialist! I would definitely recommend her! “Worth every single penny. Today I observed a situation where the director had to contact a child's parents due to some sort of situation. The child was upset on the phone with the parent. After the child was done taking to the parent the director said to the child "it's okay, do you need a hug?" - it's this type of compassion and caring I see every day. I can't fathom having my child anywhere else. I love every single teacher at this school. Everyone truly cares for the child's best interest and well being. If you are on the fence or maybe not sure if it's in your budget my advice is find a way to make it work because it will be the best thing to happen to your family!”
