“I’ve had a car loan through this bank for the past 4.5 years. Every time I call here I get nothing but nice people that are a pleasure to deal with and they speak English. If I didn’t live 40 miles from here I’d definitely ditch my bank for checking and come here. It seems like nowadays place lack customer service skills, but the phone operators at this brand definitely have them. Also, this was the only bank who approved me for a loan because when I bought my car I didn’t have any real credit without paying high interest rates. So to me this is the best bank ever!!!!!”
