“I can’t say enough good things about my rental experience with Fox at ORD. I picked up my car Feb 6,2020 at 10:30 am. No lines. Christian helped me start the process, he was kind and knowledgeable. I went upstairs to go get the car. The staff there was also super helpful! Got a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport which had 15,500 miles and was very clean no smells. Drove 1,000 trouble free miles during my week in IL. I will absolutely be using Fox again for my visit in April. Thanks for all the help!!”

“My experience renting at Routes was great. A gentleman name Andrei helped me and he took really good care of me as this was my first time renting through a third party booking service. Routes requires renters to have a copy of their insurance card otherwise it is mandatory that you buy liability insurance from them. Some other individuals being helped were not happy about this but the staff handled it extremely well. Andrei and all of the staff were professional and worked quickly. The rental process was easy, the price was great, the car was perfect for what I needed and I would definitely rent from Routes again.”

“Larry recently put an auto start in my car...even though it took much longer than he estimated, he was courteous and stayed with the price quoted. He even told me that if I wanted the amount of time the started defaulted to changed, to just bring it in and he would take care of it in a few minutes, which he did today. I am going to have my tires filled with nitrogen the next time I'm in town as well. He explained how this keeps your tires from registering "low air"--It's a quick, painless & inexpensive process. “This location is small with a few new cars. The staff however are helpful and do try to get you a discount if you qualify with AAA or AARP. The only hiccup was we set up a reservation about 30 minutes prior to arrival through Hertz national website only to find out this location did not have any cars available. This did not affect me since we were returning a car and getting another one with a better rate. The rep just kept us in the same car and we got the better rate. I would advise calling the location after you reserve the car and make sure they have the car rent. I would return to rent from this location in the future.”

We arrived roughly 20 minutes before they closed. Both employees were welcoming and efficient. They already knew the procedure with reservations through warranty companies. They got us in and out with 15 minutes EVEN with a line of other folks waiting and being helped. I would definitely go back to them again.”
