“Great place to purchase car. Nurlan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is modern w comfortable waiting areas for finance. Even a play room for my daughter. Overall, I feel like we got a great deal and we were in and out in a timely matter. The sales manager was transparent and didn’t go back and forth with negotiating. He gave us the best price up front and was able to beat another quote from another dealer by almost $1000. Financing was great as well... they were able to match my credit union rate so that I did not have to come back with a check from my bank. Thanks again Arlington Toyota!!! And happy Holidays!!!”

“Honest, Straightforward, Fair and Friendly. My Toyota van was towed to Platinum after being rear-ended. I had to decide whether to go with the insurance company's decision to declare the van a total loss, or pay extra to have it repaired, since I wanted to continue to use that van. Platinum walked me through the key points of that decision, and I really valued their counsel. Decided it wasn't worth it to have it repaired. Appreciate how they dealt with me; I'd certainly recommend them.”

“Have rented from this location several times, always a positive experience. A few weeks back, I had the pleasure of being helped by Erika. She let me check out a sedan or two and even offered me an upgrade to a large truck / SUV but due to the nature of my trip and not knowing where I'd be parking, I declined. I was also grateful for the ice scraper / snow brush she threw in the car as I needed to use that on a couple of mornings. She's the best!”
