The owner here was very helpful in trying to determine if this is a simple fix or something more complicated. He was very accommodating and didn't hit me with a $175 fee just to walk in the door. I appreciate his business ethic a lot!!! Great A++++ service. Super fast and very fair with pricing! It was a simple fix for $80 and the other places around here wanted to charge me $100-$200 just to tell me what the problem was. He said let’s rule out the simplest possibilities first. “I'll sum this up quickly. Cassens in Edwardsville tells me I have a rod knocking in my 2012 ram pickup and a replacement engine was 11,000 dollars. I called around to a bunch of places to see if I could get one cheaper and auto tech actually came out to my house and listened to it a determined it was not a rod knocking. I had it towed for free from my insurance there and 4100 dollars later it was fixed and runs great plus he kept the parts to show me what had failed. Excellent and trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Plus everyone there is super nice.”

After talking with Ali for a little bit we did a video call to look over and listen to the bike. He made me very comfortable with the way they run there business. The idea of sending a good chunk of money to a business u just met is not the easiest or most comfortable. But Ali made it a lot easier. We talked for a few days back and forth, then I pulled the trigger. From the time I sent the money to the time I got the bike delivered in Houston was less then 4 days. “This Jiffy Lube is run by some of the most caring, kind and compassionate people I’ve ever encountered at an oil change service. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. I’ve been taking my vehicles to this location for nearly 10 years, and they never fail to impress. For example, and this is crazy, after a long road trip yesterday my family and I were unloading the car when we heard meowing coming from somewhere under the car, or was it the bushes? We couldn’t tell. Our neighbors even tried to place where it was coming from, but to no avail. The next morning, I went to their location for my regular oil change, and lo and behold…the staff and I heard meowing! All five staff members jumped to the rescue and after careful work they saved a very young and healthy kitten that somehow found its way into the wheel well, seemingly through the front grill. I’ve included a picture. He was quickly adopted and named “Stash”. This place is run by very decent human beings to say the least…oh, the work they’ve done on all my cars over the past decade had been fantastic.”
