“I am from out of town and limped my truck into Raider to get fixed. Mike dropped everything he was doing to help me out. Diagnosing was very troublesome but this man’s determination was unstoppable! He worked through lunch hours on end to trace back that my fuel pump was on it’s way out. Me being able to work side by side with him, he taught me a few things as well. “Excellent service from start to finish! I got a quote over the phone after the gentleman recommended tires that would work with how I use my car and had an appointment scheduled for 12/30. I was able to bring in my car the same day I made my appointment, 12/27, after calling back to let them know one tire was now flat and would just make it to their shop after I put a bit more air in it. My car was finished on 12/29, a day early! I didn’t need the car, and let them know when I turned over the key, but they were able to get it done ahead of time. The quote I received over the phone was exactly what I paid. Everyone is very nice there and they have great customer service! Highly recommend Jerry’s Tires if you’re in need of new tires!”
