Didn’t make me feel like I was talking to your “typical cars salesman” it was so awesome & comfortable. My bank wouldn’t let me take out my full loan and he let me take out as much as the bank would allow and then come back the next day with the rest which I couldn’t of appreciated more. While I came back to pay the rest I ran into a mechanic, Shane who took the time out of his day to take an extra look at my car and make sure everything was okay and in order. I couldn’t explain how appreciated I was & I tried paying him for his time but wouldn’t accept and said he was already getting paid. “I have brought two cars here and both times this place has been perfect. When I dropped my car off it was finished in the time window they told me and gave me a call to tell me it was ready. They were very nice and very informative. When picking my car up after I noticed they put little stickers over the window buttons to make sure I didn’t roll them down for the first couple days. A small thing but definitely helped me remember as there were a few times I was about to roll them down but the sticker reminded me. The price was great and it came with a lifetime warranty so you really can’t beat it.”

I had always taken my mercedes to the dealer for service but after years of being overcharged and often them not even fixing the problem, I searched for an independent import service shop and found German Auto. This father and son owned repair shop is simply fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Sam and Sam Jr as well as entire staff. I have had work done here numerous times over the past couple of years and again just a few days ago. Work done to perfection, done same day, and done for less than half of what dealer would charge. My recent work of replacing motor mounts and new complete brake job replacing pads and rotors was done to perfection!!!! Car drives and feels like it's brand new!!!!!! Thanks guys!!!!!”

Original Review: Hi Junior is amazing. He was able to move his schedule around so he could give me a same day appointment to inspect a used car I was considering purchasing. He only charged $50, which included test drive, computer plug in, putting it on the rack, fluids, belts and hoses, etc. He then showed me everything that was good and what needed work. Very realistic, upfront, and I felt very informed about the true condition of the vehicle. He provided everything in writing which helped negotiations. Great customer service and attitude. Will be back!”
