They almost always have everything I need, but today they demonstrated how they can go above and beyond when something rare isn't in stock. My central AC unit went out today with the city issuing excessive heat warnings. I needed to replace the start capacitor, but couldn't find it anywhere in stock on a Saturday. H&B didn't have any either, but Joe took the time to suggest some places that might have them and still be open. Sure enough, I was able to locate one and repair the unit for less than $20 versus the 10X cost of getting a repairman out on a Saturday for a 10-minute job.”

“The guys in the automotive paint department are very knowledgeable about their stuff. They were able to color match the paint on my classic car when I lost the paint code. Props to these guys. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything else. Reasonable price for the paint too, while everybody else wanted 250-300 to match the paint. I got it here for 89 dollars. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper ????”
