I have read the reviews and I do agree that the front office staff could improve with the follow-up of test results without multiple phones calls. This honestly does not bother me too because they are a very busy practice. I have had appointments rescheduled, however, these are respiratory specialists and during times like these, I cannot imagine how crazy busy they are. I would never go anywhere else!”
