My daughter was in the hands of Maritza, the dental assistant, and she was just AMAZING. Oh god I wanted to cry with how well my daughter was taken care of. Maritza showed my daughter all the instruments that were going to be used to make her feel comfortable. Lastly, thank you Dr. Jen for being patient when my toddler did not want to be cooperative and finding an alternative to finish the cleaning. The scalp micro pigmentation (SMP) certified technician, Carmen, that performed the SMP was extremely professional and had her technique down to a science. From what I understand she only works exclusively with medical procedures such as SMP, FUE, and PRP; the latter, which is a unique service that Evolve performs to recharge the scalp with your own blood plasma. I am more than likely going to jump on PRP after my final SMP enhancements to reinvigorate the scalp, sparking new hair growth. While walking up an employee that was coming into work early to start a shift, grabbed it from me rather than making me wait the 20 minutes. 10/02/2022. I would like to commend his customer service and overall great attitude for doing a nice thing which saved me 20 minutes. I will continue to be a repeat customer. He could have made me wait until the store opened, which I understand but he didn't.”
