“The staff here is really helpful and friendly! I sincerely mean that! They all make you feel right at home! You get to workout in a group with a personal’ trainer each time. They always help push you to strive! The workouts are always different, so you’re not doing the same boring thing each time you go to workout. Their products are also amazing! I love the protein bars/protein shakes they sell! I highly recommend this gym to anyone whose really serious about fitness! Worth every cent! “I absolutely loved my stay here. I had to stay here for work so since my boss paid for my stay I'm not exactly sure of the cost but whatever the cost, it was definitely worth it. The room was very clean, I felt confident in the cleanliness of my room. I had an extremely peaceful night and the continental breakfast (buffet style) was exceptional, great variety (scrambled eggs, sausage links & patties, your choice of white or wheat toast, ability to prepare your own waffles, biscuits & gravy, bagels & cream cheese, fried potatoes, cereal & milk, yogurt, orange & apple juice, coffee & bottled water). I have not one complaint and would gladly pay out of my own pocket to stay again. On second thought, the only complaint that I do have is that I wasn't able to utilize the swimming pool due to the fact that my stay was strictly for business purposes only and not a personal, vacation stay. But Next Time... I will most assuredly take advantage of all of their amenities including the pool!”
