“i was a patient there for a bit over 2 weeks and honestly i hated it sometimes at the moment but that was because i was mentally unstable. but a lot of the staff there made it better. shoutout to Sa, Kennedy, Anita and Maddy. love them all. also made some amazing friends there. ik some people had some bad experiences but it honestly depends on the staff cause i hated like 2 staff members and they made it feel like hell. and there was one experience that was horrible where i was wanting to kill myself and they put me in my room where i cried and had to wait till someone’s shift was over so they could talk to me. also my doctor there made me stay in my room for 2 days and i was only aloud to leave for meals. but overall they really helped me and i’m mentally stable so i’m very thankful that all the work i’ve done has helped.”

“My fiancé needed extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. We have spent months trying to get him in somewhere. The dental services department’s was able to get him in the next day, we were a bit nervous considering all of the negative reviews. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with this hospital. All of the staff was polite and very friendly, even making jokes and helping him stay calm before his procedure! The nurses and doctor were helpful and seemed experienced and wanted to help. It wasn’t sparkling clean or state of the art like some newer hospitals, but was not disgusting like described in other reviews. There was no bad smell or clear neglect of cleaning procedures. I can’t say anything about the emergency department other than what we saw walking past. Not many people waiting and it appeared to be clean. It’s like any hospital you go to, probably under staffed and over worked employees that are doing the best they can. In all this craziness, the hospital still managed to get us in right away and give us a pleasant experience.”

“I been coming to English Dermatology for about 10 months now. My friend recommended this place and I decided to try it out. I have seen both Brian and Mary and I absolutely really like both of them. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. If you’re thinking about trying this place out don’t over think it and go see them. They also do aesthetic services and have a variety of products they sell. I’m not going anywhere else after coming here a couple of times.”

She was a patient at Access medical center, and we had a bad experience so that is the reason I wanted to try Oak Street. Everyone is so kind at Oak Street and the attention she gets is amazing. Definitely if they continue taking care of their patients they would be retaining them since our seniors need to be taken care off.”

Kathy Miranda said she misses your warm smile and wonderful hugs and loves and misses you so much. I am finally able to be me and be proud of it all. I owe you all my life. I would have never recovered and built myself back to an independent happy beautiful mother and outstanding woman I am. I love you all and miss you most. Miranda and I are doing great and hope to stop in to say Hi one day. This is a place where they can truly help someone in need of counseling and so much more.
