He is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also was the technician that came out the day we had our carpets cleaned and did an incredible job. We have a light colored carpet upstairs that had a few stains I was not able to remove myself. Matt made sure to give a little extra attention to those areas and the stains are gone! We could not be happier. Also had one of our area rugs cleaned with their rug cleaning service they now provide. Looks fantastic and nice to know all the grime is gone! Highly recommend them.
