I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!”
