“This is my favorite theater. The friendly atmosphere, and service is 5star. I always recommend this theater. It is certainly, full service and community minded. A day out at this theater is a "special event." Thank you. Concurrent cleaning is practiced well. Our comfort and safety is obvious, from these staffers. Thank you all.”

“Comfortable, clean and attentive. I like the idea of ordering food and snacks from my seat. The food and my change from a $100 bill arrived hot and delicious. (The food was H & D). Interesting enough, the fries stayed hot down to the last 1. By the way, they were cut thick, just i like them! Highly recommend this theatre. Great service, Great movie selections, Great prices.”

“Eric Is A Awesome Manager! He’s So Kindhearted & Always Doing Extra Things For Us & The Theatre (Cleaning, Busy Tying His Best To Upkeep The Theatre We’ve Noticed & Like About Him). We’re Disabled Grandparents Who Sometimes Need Assistance & Can’t Stand In Long Lines Sometimes But He’s There For Us When We Need His Help. He Definitely Deserves A Commendation For Having Such Compassion & A Great Heart????”

“If you haven't tried this place since it was WOW 7, I recommend you check it out again. The staff are on point, the seats are awesome, and it still has the benefits you get from a smaller chain. I used to go here, abandoned it, but they won me back. Check it out.”

“Always clean, helpful staff, pretty empty theaters, surprisingly. Love the $6 senior price (age 55 yrs+), and students also $6. Comfy seats, tasty concessions,”

“It's a nice theater. We were fortunate enough to have screening room 7 with just me and a girlfriend. The theater is not very large however I found it just right for a Friday night date.”

“Very pleasant. Service was above and beyond other theaters I have been to . Going to the movies is one of my favorite things to do and I will definitely continue to go to the Randall 15 IMAX theatre. Thank you.”

“I love this show! The recliners are so comfortable to relax and enjoy your film. There is a great snack bar with a variety of items. Join their reward program and check out all the extra benefits, like free popcorn on certain days and other offers. Try it , you will enjoy it.”

“This is one of the few theaters we frequent when heading out for a movie. While I do prefer our theater in Lake in the Hills, this location comes in as a close second. Parking is never an issue. Popcorn is always hot. Staff is always pleasant. I suppose the only negative I have is the cosmetic appearance. I think this location needs a little freshening up. Again, nothing major, just an opinion. Great theater, but it takes second place in my book.”

“We head never been to the Charlestowne 18 Theatre. The lobby is very big, all the employees were very polite and helpful. The matinee is reasonably priced. Getting to your respected movie can be a little daunting due to the size of the complex. We saw the Queen movie, I'd give it 5 starts as well. Thanks for a great night with friends and family”

“One of the only left of it's kind in the area. Such a fun summer tradition! Most of the Chicago/WI area drive-ins have died out, so if you can, go out and support this great theater :) The concessions are expensive, as would be expected, but the people are friendly. Love the community that comes out!”

“Theater was still being cleaned until about 10 min before the movie started which meant our dinner order didn't come until well into the movie. Additionally, Aquaman was playing in the next theater and rumbling of the sound was quite distracting. Still a great place to watch a movie with comfie recliners and good food.”

“The Cascade is an icon that I hope will keep going on for years and years to come! I travel about 45 minutes just to get here and it is definitely worth every single mile. The owners are wonderful and the food is fabulous! It's worth every bit of the admission price to see a double feature and the intermission brings me back to my childhood days here watching the hot dog jump into the bun. I love the Cascade and hope I can bring my great grandkids here in the future!! Please DON'T EVER EVER close!”

“I haven’t been here in a few years, but I recently took my family to see The bumblebee movie and oh man I was pleasantly surprised. For one I don’t remember them having reclining seats and they keep this place so clean. I only got popcorn this time and I can’t complain, it was fresh. I definitely will be coming more often to this one.”

“I love movies, and I love Marcus cinema 5$ Tuesday's, all movies, all day, and free popcorn, and 2$ hot dogs. A taste of yesteryear, with those prices. Recently saw Bohemian Rhapsody, about ???? Queen, the super large screen, great sound effects, and push back recliners make for a great movie experience. But please note, these seats are very close together, you may meet your new best friend ????, and first runs sell out fast. BUT great 5 bucks buy!”

“I usually wait for a movie to come out on DVD because I don't like going out to a cinema. It's not like it use to be growing up. I actually enjoyed myself at this one. It's clean and comfortable and the movie goers weren't obnoxiously loud and talked throughout the movie. That was a relief. I will be coming here again. The concession stand is a bit expensive but they have to make money. They had quite a few good movies playing here. That's definitely a plus. The staff here is courteous and cordial to the customers. This deserves the stars I give.”

“Lots of fun for indoor activities with a wide range of options to choose from. Restaurants, arcades, movie theater, and shopping, along with a Crossfit style gym called L.I.F.T and ice skating rink. Nice to see a mall adapting to the current economic climate and still bustling with people!”

“I've been coming here since before they started doing first run films. The popcorn is always fresh, the bathrooms are pretty clean, and the seats recline. A good time!”

“Pretty decent theater for the suburbs. They always keep this place clean and staffed with relatively nice teenagers. The matinees are the best, can’t beat a five dollar movie. They also show some cool special features, classic movies and international films. Popcorn is generally pretty decent, ask for extra butter.”
