“Came into ER once with family member on our own. Family member is a senior with several health issues. Waited in the ER for hours and ended up going home without seeing the doctor. Came in again twice with same family member in ambulance. The staff was attentive, but we were there over 12 hours before we got a room. The last time was by ambulance and it was only a few hours before getting a room. Once she was admitted the staff was very friendly and attentive. I guess it's the ER staff that needs an overhaul!”

“Surprising selection of hardware for a small store. Haven't had to get lumber yet. Friendly owners, offer help as soon as I walked in of as soon as the finish with previous customer. Products are clearly marked and the pieces we're considerably lower the the chain store I visited a few weeks earlier in the metropolitan area nearby. This is not a appliance and lighting store, it's a lumber and hardware store. They do rent carpet cleaners.”

I needed a huge number of 16 x 20 printed posterboards with a tight turn around, and Chris verified that he had the supplies needed to get the job done, kept me in the loop by email and by phone as the process was moving along, and they turned out FANTASTIC. And -- even though I hadn't thought of it -- he tossed in cardboard table stands for each one at pick up time. Thanks Chris!”

“I went to Hanna’s bakery and got a quote for my sons birthday cake. They charge depending on the design and work of the cake as well as servings. I ordered a cake for 30 people and I believe she quoted me a decent price. I appreciate their effort and prompt readiness. When we picked up the cake it was same like the photo I showed them. Some colors they didn’t have available so we figured that out before hand and I was okay with the last choice I showed them. The cake was fluffy, fresh and so delicious! All of my guests enjoyed eating it and said it was one of the best cakes they had. I love the cocoa flavor and it was not too sweet and cream was fresh and very heavy whipped with not too much sugar. They also have decadent chocolate cake slices inside their bakery and those are layered chocolate cakes with cream inside the slice. I like those too. My sons loved the cake as well. I will come back again. The only one point I wanted to mention was the front desk lady didn’t know much English she was polish (I’m assuming since many customers were European and polish in front of me) and didn’t quite understand me too well so I had to repeat myself. But besides that it was a great experience.”
