“Cute place with engaging decor. The good was so good! I had the pulled pork, my husband the steak fajitas dinner. Service was great, she explained everything, was friendly and available, our food came quickly. The plantain was great, the yucca very good and the yellow rice very tasty. It’s a definite keeper!”

“I am one of those people that I leave reviews only when I am very happy with the experience. This is definitely the case here as well. Just randomly picked that place because it was the closest and I needed a break light to be changed. After making sure they patiently explained to me that the ones I bought are not the ones I need to be changed they happen to have one in stock. Changed it in no time and charged me NOTHING! Wouldn’t even take a tip for cup of coffee or something. And I wanna make sure to mention that due to having hard time dealing with the heat in this city (jus recently moved), I wasn’t quite of a peach to deal with but they were great with me! Thank you all! I appreciate you very much! I see why you guys have all 5 star reviews. Well deserved! ????”

The selection is so diverse that I am able to walk away with a new experience each time I walk in. “I rarely write reviews however when I come across great customer service I am compelled to reach out and let others become aware of truly good old customer service. I had picked a number of storage places to visit and Extra Space Storage was one on my list. When I arrived in the morning the door was locked and for assistance a note said to contact a number by phone and I would be assisted. I contacted the number and right away Lupe answered and said she would be right back to greet me as she was in the building and on her way back to the office. When Lupe arrived she asked me questions to help assist me. Soon she was showing me exactly what I wanted and when it came to the details of preparing my storage unit Lupe was completely transparent with billing and easily made the transition so simple and accommodating that it was easy to make justifying my decision and I decided not to pursue the other three storage facilities I had planned to visit. Lupe's great customer service patience attentiveness, knowledge,her terrific communication skills and her friendly positive attitude made it easy to make my selection for Extra Space Storage facility. I work with many businesses on a daily basis and Lupe is an exceptional individual and an asset for Extra Space Storage as she certainly defines genuine great customer service!!!!”
