“Got there at night for delivery with 8 am appointment. They wake me up at 5:30 and 6 am Empty. Good for me. If you have a delivery better come at night and get a spot. Looks like day time they are full with truck because after I backed in to door about 5 trucks get here for delivery. NO APPOINTMENT FCFS DELIVERY. DELIVERY CHECK IN By door 24. “I took my rescue kitten to Companion Animal Hospital in Lake Zurich and could not have had a better experience. Upon my first call to their location they were able to articulate to me the out-of-pocket costs for the procedure so I could be prepared. The day before the procedure they called me to remind me about withholding food and water before surgery. And then they called me back to make sure I understood the cost and to see if I had any questions. When I dropped the kitten off I got such a good vibe from the place that I got her outstanding booster shot done while I was there. While she was under they trimmed her nails at no cost to me. A nice touch. When she was ready I got a call to come get her. At pickup post surgical treatment was explained to me. The next day they called to see how she was doing. I own a pet sitting service and use lots of vets. This was a top notch experience from booking to recovery. Thank You!”

“I have brought two cars here and both times this place has been perfect. When I dropped my car off it was finished in the time window they told me and gave me a call to tell me it was ready. They were very nice and very informative. When picking my car up after I noticed they put little stickers over the window buttons to make sure I didn’t roll them down for the first couple days. A small thing but definitely helped me remember as there were a few times I was about to roll them down but the sticker reminded me. The price was great and it came with a lifetime warranty so you really can’t beat it.”
