“My shower had been slowly deteriorating for a while before it decided to stop working completely last Friday. I reached out to a few plumbers on Yelp to request a quote. This service was highly rated and didn't disappoint. The plumber was the first to respond (within an hour even though it was a Saturday), and he was very easy to talk to over the phone and via text. I sent a few pictures to describe the situation, and after talking to him for a couple minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. He gave me a quote over the phone and arrived right around the time he said he would. He was in and out quickly, but did a thorough job and demonstrated that everything was working like new before he left. Very professional, friendly, and responsive. We'll use them again if we have plumbing needs in the future.”

The apartment itself is so cute and clean, all the necessities and perks you could want in an apartment while also being updated and functional. The ladies in the front office are so lovely, when I had a concern about the parking they were very polite and helpful about the entire situation and really seemed like they wanted to make sure it was taken care of. A huge shout out to Angela for being so helpful and patient with me during the leasing and move in process. The community is kept clean and I feel like it’s actually pretty quiet and clean for an apartment complex. So excited for the next 12 months here and hopefully longer after that! UPDATED: After a small issues had came up I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and while I was partially at fault for this issue the front office at Springfield went above and beyond to resolve the issue and make things right. I cannot express how wonderful this apartment complex and the management staff is here. I truly feel at home and I feel like the management staff cares for its residents. Cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. Thank you guys!!”

Small thing that made a big difference in my experience was they post the color of the day on the back of the sandwich board as well as on the front so that if I missed it, I can see it without going all the way back to the front door. “When I emailed them asking for an estimate for my coin collection they responded very quickly. After doing more research I quickly discovered many buyers won’t ever take the time out of their day to do this, as if to foreshadow how pleasant working with them was going to be. When we went in to sell the collection it was a phenomenal experience. The store is secure and filled with super interesting collectibles and coins. Their treatment of the collection was great. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and you could tell they knew just about everything their was to know about this business. Most importantly though, they were both fun, interesting, helpful, and they gave us a fantastic price. This store is a rare find. Cant recommend them enough.”

“The store has a spacious and easy parking. It has a nice interior and it was clean and everything was perfectly organized. It is a mini grocery store but it has a great selection of goodies just like what the other grocery stores in the area has. The difference is that this store has specialty products that are rare to find and the prices of it in this store is fair and reasonable. So, if you are looking for a specialty product you should go in here because they have a great selection of it. I also recommend the store hot food section. It has different foods and I tried one and it was definitely good. I would literally choose the hot meal I bought for them over the food in a fast food. Staffs are friendly and helpful inside.”
