It’s basically for people who are denied an opportunity to open an account elsewhere due to prior bank accounts that may be delinquent and closed . They also have an awesome loan system for people who bank with them where you can withdraw up to 500 and set up a payback schedule and pay every month until you owe nothing! It’s considered a separate account & it’s super awesome if you’re short on cash and don’t want to have a negative balance .
