Spoke to supervisor Mandy 4 times, and she couldn't help locate the package at all and just directed us to pick up at the Fairview heights office each time. The package never made it to Fairview heights office to be picked up. Called back and got to speak with another supervisor Shamieka, not only did she go above and beyond and out of her way to help us. She was super friendly and helpful. This angel found our package!! Which has been sitting there for over a month! Don't waste your time speaking to anyone else but Shamieka, she gets the job done!!”

“As full-time RVers we have stayed in a lot of parks. Newcastle is one of the nicest parks where we've stayed. It's a hidden gem, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping with easy access to I-255. The lots are well spaced with ample off road parking. The utilities are placed as expected with internet, cable TV and telephone available thru Spectrum. The residents are friendly and respectful. The management team is very responsive to any problems and include on site park maintenance. Newcastle is a welcoming community with many long term residents.”
