  Our first home buying process was probably not your typical process. Our realtor Melissa was a total rockstar throughout it all though. She sold our house in less than a day for the listed price. On top of that she worked with us on finding a home that listed all of our wants/needs (which were A LOT). The whole Reecer team worked together and we found a home we loved and were able to place an offer before it was even listed for sale. Unfortunately that sale fell through last minute, day of closing to be exact. Melissa fought for us to give us the house we wanted even when the sellers were less than admirable. The entire Reecer team jumped on board for us, willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. They were in our corner every step of the way. Ultimately we decided to walk away from the original deal and in only one day Melissa worked with her colleagues to find us a new home, a home that Reecer sent an agent, Kelli to meet us on Labor Day last minute. There were fall backs and more fall backs in our process but Melissa and the whole Reecer team advocated for us every step of the way. I’ve never known another company to go as far and beyond for their clients. We are grateful they were the ones we stuck with to help us through this process, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for buying or selling their home! We’re so appreciative for you all!

  We couldn't have been more pleased with our home purchase and the ease with which the Reecer team made it happen. Lynn and her staff were on their game from the minute the house was listed, which was paramount given the current extremely competitive market. Lynn is a natural deal-maker with a wealth of market knowledge. Moreover, she has surrounded herself with a great support staff of effective listeners that seamlessly met our every need.   We have now purchased two homes from Lynn, and could not feel any more fortunate to have met her. She is outstanding! I think she’s more like a “match maker”; she knew what we wanted in a lake house and when she got a new listing, called us right away. We were the first to see it and bought it right then. And, the sellers who hired her to sell their house were amazing to work with as well. Lynn attracts awesome sellers, and pairs them up with great buyers - and finds that hidden gem before anyone else!
  Kate, on her team helped us with the 2nd home, and she was ON IT. Our lender was a pain to work with, to say the least, and Kate ensured everything was on track and ready to sign on closing day. She’s incredibly organized and has excellent communication skills. They are the team to secure the house you’re looking for - no one else has the strategies, relationships and fun professionalism like they do. And, we know from buying our first house from them, they are there for us if we need anything, even after the sale is done! THANK YOU!!!

  Joelle and Lynn were very easy to work with. They were very efficient in getting our property seller ready in a short period of time. Lynn and Joelle knew exactly what had to be done, and had the right people to do the work. Joelle kept me up to date throughout the process, no surprises or unexpected charges. My dealings with Lynn were very good and professional, but most of my contact was with Joelle, who was great. Joelle was professional yet personal. She was very understanding of our wants and needs, and really seemed to care about us as people not just clients.   We engaged Lynn Reecer and her team at Encore Sotheby’s International Realty as a “Buyer’s Agent” to find a home to meet our current needs. We wanted to downsize (slightly), simplify our lives (villa), move to a more convenient part of town, and desired to avoid the normal home buying process (only looking at active houses on the MLS system).
  
  We met with Lynn, exchanged ideas about what we were looking for, and she took it from there. Immediately, she contacted off-market owners of homes we loved. Lynn also contacted owners of homes (off-market) in neighborhoods that we dreamed of living in.
  
  Ultimately, Lynn showed us the perfect villa in the perfect neighborhood, and as our exclusive representative, negotiated a price on our behalf.
  
  What about commissions?
  
  Yes, we paid Encore Sotheby’s International a buyer’s agent fee. What did we get in return? Well, first, we were able to focus on specific homes in specific neighborhoods and avoided the excruciating process of waiting for a home to come onto the market.
  
  Second, we teamed up with an advocate that wasn’t solely motivated by “the deal,” but Lynn took responsibility for meeting our precise needs. Finally, we received a “white glove” service each step of the way.
  
  Encore Sotheby’s International Realty also sold our classic century home in a challenging market (price range, time of year). Lynn and Kelly were relentless in their marketing efforts and found the perfect buyers well within our ideal timeframe at an agreeable selling price.
  
  We couldn’t be more pleased with both the buy-side and sell-side transactions and highly recommend the team at Encore Sotheby’s International Realty.
