MSC Sleep

I saw all the negative reviews, and still decided to give them a try because all of the reviews were old. This place is great! I've been working with Jennifer Inglese and every step of the way she has been super helpful, responsive and knowledgeable, this is my first cpap machine but if I had any questions or concerns about fits she was quick to respond and educate me and help me! This place deserves better reviews. I appreciate how smooth their ordering system works too. I've had the equipment for a little over 3 to 4 months and have felt comfortable every step of the way with all of their useful videos and with the ability to communicate with my representative when needed. Thank you Jennifer for all of your help with my equipment! You're an absolutely stellar employee and they are lucky to have you!

I have no idea why there are so many 1 star reviews. Everyone I have dealt with here is professional. I've never waited on hold for any more than about 3 minutes. And the in-person and virtual services are great.
