“There is a skilled side and an unskilled (homemaker) side. For the most part, the skilled side is good. However, the office staff for the unskilled side is the most incompetent and unprofessional I've ever dealt with in 20 years of being disabled. If you deal with Shawna be prepared. She will NOT call and let you know if your caregiver calls off. She has done this to me three times in about two months. Also, if you call to let her know you don't need your caregiver she will also not relay that message. Other than the fact she takes too many smoke breaks, it's safe to say she is lazy. Good luck. UPDATE: On the unskilled side I now deal with Melody. She is very caring and professional and really takes care of business. Because of this improvement I'm changing my two star rating to four.”

And the owners have made one good renovation after the other in order to capitalize on the space and get the best equipment for the members. You can tell the owners have a background in body building. Veteran and appreciates veterans which is always a plus. Despite all this, their prices make you feel as if your getting a steal. And in the midst of all the corona craziness, they have stepped up to make sure there are ample sanitizing bottles and rags, which are changed often. Great place!”

“I was at Easy MRI for a bum knee, and the tech was very nice and kind while i laid in lots of pain for the 20 min scan. I bet he could see my contorted face, and he several times encouraged me to hold still, hang in there, and almost done. I felt terrible during and after this scan, through no fault of the tech, or equipment but all staff were nice and so is the bill!”

“Having PT for the first time, didn’t know what to expect. Paul at ATI was very friendly and explained the process. He worked with my schedule, responsive to my emails and had great attitude towards me and any other patients that were in during my scheduled time. Loved the ATI app, did give Paul some feed back (it is not iPad friendly) but over all, simple to use and kept me on pace to complete my treatment. With Covid being here, I felt very safe as the place was SUPER clean, no issues if that is a concern for anyone. Outstanding Job to Paul and if I need to go back, I most certainly would chose ATI on Lima Rd.”
