(August 24, 2020, 3:38 pm)Switched to Granville from state farm a couple of years ago and Lyndsey has always made things extremely easy for me. I have several vehicles as well as my home insured with better coverage than state farm and a better price. I just recently filed my first claim on my homeowners due to my basement flooding. The entire process was made very stress free for me, and immediately after the claim was reviewed a check was in the mail. Granville will cover exactly what they say they will cover. Absolute A+ when it comes to communication. Lyndsey definitely goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service!!

(July 17, 2019, 8:26 am)I highly recommend Granville Insurance! We switched our home and auto to Granville when we bought our new home in 2017. Lyndsay was great. She made sure everything was taken care of with the mortgage company which greatly helped with some of the stress of buying a new home. Not only that but she got us the best rates with the best coverage! Oh, and she made us a beautiful housewarming present that now sits on our fireplace mantel! Then this year I had an auto claim she helped me through out the whole process. Every step of the way she was calling to help arrange everything and making sure all of our needs were being met. She really is the best insurance agent we have ever had, and really does care about her clients!
