My husband and I needed a cute Indoor location for family/wedding party pictures to stay warm during our freezing winter wedding weekend and I LOVED the inside of the Charles. So I emailed them for this somewhat different request and even though we didn't rent the whole venue for our big weekend or use all of the amazing services they had to offer, they treated us like we paid top dollar!!!!! I can only imagine how they handle "real" clients. They were so accommodating and kind. Not to mention the venue and all it has to offer is absolutely amazingg!!! I have been to Fort Wayne so many times and didn't know it was there, will definitely be recommending to someone many of my friends and family who need a place for their big day.
